China International Economic Consultants Co., Ltd. (CIEC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC). Initiated by former Vice-President of PRC Mr Rong Yiren together with Mr Jing Shuping and other renowned entrepreneur, CIEC was launched in 1981 to become the first ever professional consulting firm since China adopt its reform and open policies.
